The Instagram algorithm uses data about users' interests and behavior on the platform, as well as information about the content they view and interact with, to serve personalized content to users. This includes data about what users like, how long they spend on the platform, their online purchasing habits, who they engage with most, and their activity after logging in. While this may seem like a lot of personal information, Instagram takes measures to protect user data and uses it to enhance the user experience by showing content that is tailored to individual preferences.
HABITS
To be successful and maintain a healthy balance on Instagram, it is important to establish a daily routine that includes setting limits on social media use, creating and sharing content regularly, engaging with others on the platform, sharing stories, and being open to criticism. it is also important to remember that it is not always necessary to be right and to practice humility. Once you start using social media, it can be difficult to disconnect, so it is important to establish healthy habits and boundaries from the outset.
Setting up a successful Instagram account: This includes choosing a memorable username, creating an eye-catching profile picture and bio, and deciding on a theme or aesthetic for your account.
How to choose an Username: Let’s say your name is Mike
Username Formula : Name+keyword (niche keyword)/ Keyword+Name
Mike is a good choice for a username, but it may already be in use. But if you choose Mike707 or Mike786, These names don't put any value on the table.
Instead, you could consider alternative options such as "thisismike", "mikeforreal", “fitnesscoachmike” “lawbymike”, "mikewritecopy", or "mikesays".
Tip: Be creative and keep it natural
Your Instagram bio name is the name that appears under your username on your Instagram profile. Here are some tips for writing an effective Instagram bio name:
1. Keep it brief: Your bio name should be no more than 30 characters, so make sure to choose your words wisely.
2. Be unique: Use your bio name to showcase your personality and let people know what makes you stand out.
3. Include relevant keywords: Keywords can help people discover your content, so consider including a few relevant ones in your bio name.
4. Use emojis: Emojis can help convey emotion and add personality to your bio name.
5. Keep it updated: As your interests and goals change, make sure to update your bio name to reflect these changes.
WRITE BIO
An Instagram bio is a short, concise description that appears under your username on your Instagram profile. Here are some tips for writing an effective Instagram bio:
1. Keep it brief: Your bio should be no more than 150 characters, so make sure to choose your words wisely.
2. Be unique: Use your bio to showcase your personality and let people know what makes you stand out.
3. Use emojis: Emojis can help convey emotion and add personality to your bio.
4. Include a call-to-action: Encourage people to take a specific action, such as visiting your website or contacting you for more information.
5. Keep it updated: As your interests and goals change, make sure to update your bio to reflect these changes.
Some examples of strong Instagram bios include:

Remember to be authentic and have fun with your bio – it's a great way to introduce yourself to your followers and give them a sense of who you are.
Or be more specific asking these following questions:
● Who you help?
● How you help?
● What makes you different from others?
It's important to keep in mind that your Instagram bio is usually the second thing that visitors will look at when they visit your profile. Make sure to keep it concise, relevant, and actionable.
Wonder What is the first thing they look at? It’s your Profile picture.
Here is a step-by-step guide to help you take a perfect profile picture for Instagram:
1. Choose the right camera: Use a high-quality camera to take your profile picture. This could be a smartphone camera, a digital camera, or a DSLR camera.
2. Find the right lighting: Good lighting can make a huge difference in the quality of your profile picture. Try to take your picture in natural light or use a soft, diffused light source. Avoid harsh lighting or shadows.
3. Choose the right background: The background of your profile picture should be clean and uncluttered. A plain wall or a simple outdoor setting can work well. Avoid busy or distracting backgrounds.
4. Pay attention to your posture: Stand up straight and look directly at the camera. Avoid slouching or looking away.
5. Experiment with different angles: Try taking your profile picture from different angles to see which one looks best. You might prefer a close-up shot or a full-body shot, for example.
6. Edit your picture: Use editing tools to enhance the quality of your profile picture. This could include adjusting the brightness, contrast, and saturation, or using filters to give your picture a specific look.
7. Save and upload: Save your final profile picture in a high-resolution format and upload it to your Instagram profile.
Instagram Highlights: Instagram highlights are a feature that allows you to showcase your best content on your Instagram profile. Talk about yourself or your services and successes. Have only few highlights (1-3).
Here are few examples:
● About You
● Your Journey
● Services
● Collaborations
● Fitness/Beauty/Recipe/Travel

Before you create a piece of content. You need to identify who are your target audience. When you speak to everybody, you actually speak to nobody.
Here is a 6 steps formula you can use to identify your target audience:
1. Define your business goals: What do you want to achieve with your business? This will help guide your target audience identification process.
2. Consider your product or service: Who is most likely to be interested in your product or service?
3. Gather data: Use a variety of methods such as surveys, focus groups, and customer interviews to gather information about your potential customers
4. Analyze your data: Look for patterns and trends in the data you collect. This can help you identify common characteristics of your target audience.
5. Create customer personas: Use the information you have gathered to create detailed profiles of your ideal customers. These personas should include information about their demographics,
interests, needs, and behaviors.
6. Refine your target audience: As you learn more about your customers, you may need to adjust your target audience definition. Don't be afraid to make changes based on new data and insights.
It's important to keep in mind that your target audience may not be a single, homogeneous group. You may have multiple target audiences, each with their own unique characteristics and needs.
There is a lot of hard work goes into creating one piece of content. And imagine creating it for a year, 2 years, 5 years without missing a day. That seems tough.
1. The first option is to spend 400 hours learning content creation and possibly wasting a lot of money buying courses, and hiring people to teach you that. And there’s a lot of free resources available on Youtube- But it will take time to weed out the good advice from the bad, as well as time to consume and learn from that content.
2. The second option is delegating the work to an expert which will save you time and energy to focus on more important tasks. You can hire someone like myself for DFY (Done for you) content. All ready to post with caption.
3. The third option is to go to Fiverr and find a bunch of freelancers, and you might get lucky to find a good one.
So there’s a lot goes in behind a content creation. And most creator
do this following way:
1. Go to Internet.
2. Search for the content idea.
3. Copy it.
4. Share it on their profile.
And those are the same creators saying Instagram is not favoring them. The algorithm is betraying them. That couldn't be further from the truth.
Instagram algorithm works in the favor of audience’s Interest. If the audience don’t like your content then there’s nothing the algorithm can do nor can your GURU.
So, let’s forget the idea of searching on the internet and copying whatever content you find. Let me teach you a better way of creating content.
In today's world, it seems like everyone is creating content. With over 5 billion people on social media, there is a constant stream of content being shared.
Even if you share something like
"How to grow followers"
there are likely many other creators sharing similar content.
However, the one that gets the most views may not necessarily be the best, but rather the one that was shared first. Therefore, in order to make our content successful, it's important to be the first to share it.
There are a lot of Instagram coaches out there, some with larger followings than me. However, you are reading my guide despite me not having millions of followers because I was the first to catch your attention and make you feel like I might be able to help you with your problem. (Don’t worry, i will)
Before you learn how to create content, you have to become a content creator that seeks problems and solves them. When you become a problem solver and not just another content creators, it sets you apart from all the competition.
Being a content creator is not just about writing, designing, editing or having to know which tool should you use to publish it. It’s about the
pain that your target audience is having at the moment and how your content can solve it.
Carousel: The first page is for the hook. Grab their attention with their pain point and a good graphics. The Intention is to make them swipe left and make them keep reading till the end. And please don’t start a Hook by saying “How to write a hook” instead say “Hook writing formula I bet you didn’t know
Reels: First 1-3 second is to get them hooked. Aim to is to stop them from scrolling and make them watch the rest of the video not once, but many times. Here are few tips for a successful reels that you can follow.
Speak fast
Take single shots
Use smooth transitions
Provide value
End with a call to action
Think like this- Audience’s pain point is the broken heart and your content could be what could fix their heart.
When you:
Hook them-> They Stop
After they stop -> You talk about their pain
Pain->Why they should listen to you
VALUE
Now you have alltheir attention & consumed time and it’s time to provide the value and the Call to action.
Content creation step by step:
● Content Research
● Content Hook
● Copywriting
● Reels
● Content Designing/Video editing
● Finalizing
● Caption writing
● Scheduling it
Content Research: When you think about reseach, you think about going into google and type in keywords to show you some content and from there you choose some topic. That’s a old fashioned and the most practiced way.
And here are few cool ways:
1. Ask your current followers what type of content they would like to see from you through your story.
2. DM your audience, ask them what they are struggling with.
3. Check in your niche leader’s comment section and see what their audience is struggling with.
4. Go to the explore page and see what kind of content is getting more reach and verify if that is in the same niche as yours.
5. From your own experience. You once used to be a rookie. Look back and see what problems you faced back then. Turn those into a content idea.
Content Hook: Content hook is one of the most important part of a content. No fish was caught without the strong hook even though you use the best feed.
Here are few examples:
Wrong: "5 reasons to eat more vegetables"
Right: "The shocking truth about vegetables: you're probably not eating enough" or "Revolutionize your health with these
vegetable-eating secrets"
Wrong: "How to create a budget"
Right: "Budgeting made easy: 5 steps to financial freedom" or "Discover the secret to creating a budget that works for you"
Wrong: "The benefits of meditation"
Right:"Meditation: the ultimate stress-buster" or "Find inner peace with these meditation techniques"
Wrong: "Top 10 tourist destinations in Europe"
Right:"Europe's hidden gems: 10 must-see destinations" or "Escape the crowds: discover Europe's off-the-beaten-path destinations"
Wrong: "The history of coffee"
Right:"Coffee: the drink that changed the world" or "Uncovering the mysterious history of coffee"
These titles may seem predictable and overused, but research has shown that they are often used in major corporate
marketing campaigns. The reason they are successful is because skilled copywriters know that these words are effective at generating sales. Similarly, we want to sell ourselves and our content by using similar language and techniques.
COPYWRITING
Copywriting is the process of creating written content for the purpose of promoting a product, service, or idea. A copywriting strategy involves planning and crafting the language and messaging used in this written content in a way that effectively communicates the value of what is being sold and persuades the reader to take a desired action, such as making a purchase or signing up for a service.
Although your design skills are top-notch in the market, the content of your video is not performing well. You have excellent editing skills, but your video has only received 19 views, including those from your family.
You have 3 options here:
1. Learn copywriting which will take you time.
2. Hire me to write your copy.
3. Go to fiverr and hope for the best.
If you want to learn copywriting. Here are a few tips for copywriting:
1. Start by identifying the purpose of your copy. What do you want to achieve with it? What action to you want your audience to take?
2. Know your audience. Write in a style and tone that resonates with your target audience.
3. Use simple, clear language. Avoid using jargon or complex words that may be confusing to your readers.
4. Use active voice. This makes your writing more engaging and easier to understand.
5. Use headlines and subheadings to break up the text and make it more visually appealing.
6. Use bullet points or lists to organize your information and make it easier to scan.
7. Use strong calls to action to encourage your audience to take the desired action.
8. Edit and proofread your copy carefully to ensure that it is error-free and reads smoothly.
9. Test your copy to see how it performs. Make changes as needed based on the results of your tests.
Your copy is the main ingredient that helps your content stand out in the billions of other content. So fancy design or skill won’t
work if your copy is something that everyone is already using.
Focus on your own tone of voice. Speak it louder. Keep speaking the same way so that it gets sticky to people’s mind and you make a difference.
REELS
Viral Reel structure-
● 0:00-0:03 : Tell them what they are about to see. Introduce the topic
● 0:04-0:06 : Excite people with unexpected climax. This will keep them watching
● 0:07-0:15 : Share the value. Share what you have been promising the past 0-07 Seconds
● You can keep the video going till 30 seconds but most viral reels are in between 10-20 seconds long.
CONTENT
Desginging and Video Editing
Here are the top five content design tips:
1. Keep it simple. Use clear and concise language, and avoid using too much text or overly complicated designs.
2. Use visual elements to break up the text and make it more visually appealing. This can include images, graphics, and videos.
3. Use formatting techniques such as headings, subheadings, and bullet points to make the content easier to read and understand.
4. Use whitespace effectively to create a clean and uncluttered design.
5. Use a consistent design style throughout the content. This includes using the same fonts, colors, and layout elements.
Finalizing : Make sure to finalize your content before posting it online. As humans, we often don't notice errors on the first pass. Once you have completed your design, come back to it after a break and review it again. This will allow you to catch any errors that you may have missed before.
CAPTIONS
Studies have found 65% of the audience don’t read the caption at all. To have them read the caption you need a proper call to action at the end of your post or video. Once they start reading the
caption, you need to keep them reading till the end of the caption.
So:
1. Start with a hook. Keep it short and sweet. Instagram captions have a character limit, so try to keep your caption concise and to the point.
2. Use emojis to add personality and emotion to your caption. Just be sure not to overdo it.
3. Tell a story or share some context about the photo or video you're posting. This can help your followers get to know you and your brand better and keep them reading till the end.
4. Use actionable language to encourage engagement. Ask questions, make a call to action, or invite your followers to take some sort of action.
5. Use your caption to highlight any promotions, discounts, or special offers you're currently running.
6. Use hashtags to make your post more discoverable. Use relevant hashtags that are not too popular and widely used, as well as any branded hashtags you want to promote.
7. Edit and proofread your caption before posting to ensure that it is error-free and reads smoothly.
SCHEDULE
Although there are several ways to schedule your
Instagram post. I suggest you to go with
CREATOR STUDIO or META BUSINESS SUITE. These are official tools. If you want to go with third
party apps here are few examples:
● Planoly: This is a popular tool that allows you to schedule posts, create a content calendar, and manage multiple Instagram accounts.
● Later: Later is a tool that helps you schedule Instagram posts, analyze your performance, and collaborate with team members.
● Hootsuite: Hootsuite is a social media management platform that allows you to schedule posts for Instagram, as well as for other social media platforms.
● Buffer: Buffer is a tool that lets you schedule posts for Instagram and other social media platforms. It also provides analytics to help
you track the performance of your posts.
To use these tools, you'll need to connect your Instagram account to the tool and then create your posts within the tool. You can choose the date and time that you want the post to be published, and the tool will automatically publish the post on your behalf.
It's important to note that Instagram does not allow third-party tools to post directly to the platform, so you will need to receive a
notification from the tool when it's time to post and then manually publish the post within Instagram.
ENGAGEMENT
We often see that people with more wealth are given preferential treatment. This is also true on Instagram, where engagement can be considered a form of currency. The more engagement a user has, the better the platform's algorithm will treat their content.
There are 4 types of engagement on Instagram:
● Like
● Comment
● Share
● Save
There are four types of engagement forms. The question arises: which is the most important for our growth? Before answering that question, I would like to clarify what each of these engagements stands for.
LIKE
When someone likes something, they may want to show their appreciation by expressing their positive feelings about it. On Instagram, users can do this by double tapping a post that they like.
This action indicates their approval and support of the content.
COMMENT
There is a conversation going on in the subway as you listen to a conversation on the subway, you feel that you have something to contribute. You speak up and say "Excuse me, I have an opinion on this." The nature of your opinion may be positive or negative, depending on your perspective and knowledge about the subject. Instagram comment is quite similar to this.
Someone shared a post and you have an opinion about it. It can either be positive or negative. But it at least shouldn’t be pointless cause you don’t want to make a fool out of yourself infront of millions of people.
SHARE
When was the last time you shared a social media post with a friend? It could have been a few minutes or an hour ago. It's common for people to share posts that they find relatable, entertaining, or
educational with their loved ones.
SAVE
The fear of never to be found again + So much value to take in one go in the post makes people save the post.
● Likeable content gets liked
● Opiniated content gets commented
● Saveable content gets saved
● Shareable content gets shared
But we need more engagement, any sort works. So we need to make a content that is likeable and opitiated and at the savetime saveable and shareable.
Content Journey
(Posting to going viral)
On the platform, content is shared with a small percentage of the followers. If they engage with the content, the algorithm pushes it to more people who are similar to those who engaged. As more people engage with the content, the algorithm shows it to even more people, causing it to grow exponentially and potentially become viral.
As a new user, you may not have a large number of followers, which can result in low engagement on your posts.
One way to increase engagement is to actively engage with other accounts that have a similar target audience as you.
You may ask why do you need to engage in order to get engagement? The answer is very simple: Think of of it this way, starting a t-shirt business and selling them in your apartment rather than going to a place where there are more potential customers.
On Instagram, people often hang out in the comment sections of popular creators or celebrities, as they enjoy reading the opinions of
others. To increase engagement, it can be helpful to participate in these conversations.
Bear in mind that over doing engagement will hamper your brand value. So you need a strategy.
2 Cents/Day
This is the engagement formula I followed personally to grow my audience and had worked for all of my clients page growth.
2 Cents: 2 form of engagement.
01: Comment 02: Story reply
Make a list of 10 Niche leaders and leave 2Cents on their account everyday.
If you comment on a post made by an account with over a million followers shortly after they post, there is a chance that a small percentage of their followers will see your comment and visit your
profile. For example, if 1% of the followers see your comment and 1% of those followers choose to visit your profile, you would receive 100 profile visits.
Do that with 10 Niche leader = 1000 Profile visits from only engagement. And if you do more, you can get more.
So you will get a very handsome conversion out of those profile visits because you used the content formula I gave you earlier, didn’t you.
Always remember that content is KING. If your content is good, it will take you less than 100 days to reach 10k followers.
CONNECTION
Keep doing engagement and you will make a lot of connection. And which will help you most to monetize later
10PD connection formula:
How many connections do you need to make a sale?
a) 100 b) 1,000 c) 10,000 d) 100,000
Having one potential customer who is likely to make a purchase is better than having 100,000 potential customers who are not likely to make a purchase. Most people believe this to be true, but I do not agree. In my opinion, it is important to focus on building connections, regardless of whether or not they directly lead to sales. Even if someone with 100 connections does not make a purchase, there is a chance that their connections might.
The 10PD formula involves reaching out to and connecting with 10 new people every day. If you consistently follow this formula for a month,
you may not end up with exactly 300 connections, but you will have at least 100+ connections. If you continue this practice for three months, you will have more than 300 connections. To stay organized, it is helpful to keep track of the names of the people you are trying to connect with in one notebook, and to record the names of those who
have successfully connected with you in another notebook.
Try reaching out to few connections everyday from your notebook which you have already connected with. Don’t tell them about your service. Talk to them about them.
And talk about your offer in your story. And your connections will feel the trust and buy from you.
Few things to remember: Instagram growth is not a sprint, it’s a marathon. Have patience and follow my Instructions. Best of luck.
